Certified Personal Trainer
For as long as I can remember I’ve always loved team sports and being active year round. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University to help educate and train others on the benefits of living an active and healthy lifestyle. For the past four years, I have dedicated my time to motivating and supporting others to transform their lives. I love all different kinds of training styles having taught kickboxing, indoor cycling and circuit style classes. I have worked with people of all different fitness levels to help them achieve their goals and feel their very best. I absolutely love what I do and feel that helping others is the most rewarding feeling!
