Group fitness classes can be a great way to meet new people, improve cardiovascular health, increase your strength and motivate you to push yourself harder.
Group Fitness classes are free for members ($10 for non-members).

Individuals will only be able to reserve a spot for themselves (or other members on their account) Non-members are able to register for class but $10 drop in fee must be paid at time of registration.
In this Vinyasa class you will be linking breath and movement, all poses can be modified to be accessible to every yoga practitioner. This is a flowing practice that cultivates flexibility, balance, strength, focus, and endurance.
Focuses on building a strong and safe foundation for your yoga practice, whether you are a beginner or have spent half your life on your yoga mat. Learn to balance your body, focus your mind, and listen deeply in order to create a sustainable, suitable, life-enhancing practice that changes and evolves along with you
Combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training
Strength, Core and Balance for Active Aging A combination of chair based and standing exercises designed to help increase strength, flexibility, core stability and balance to help improve daily life activities and reduce the risk of falls. All fitness levels welcome, modifications will be demonstrated.
A total-body workout with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work. In every class you'll tone strong, lean muscle, and together, you'll bust through any plateau that stands in your way!
A 30-35 minute low impact cardio session followed by a cooldown. We will then transition into a 15 minute core session to help strengthen and tone your abs and back. We will conclude class with a 10-15 minute restorative yoga session to help increase flexibility, breathing techniques will be introduced which help in reducing anxiety and promoting overall relaxation. The core and restorative yoga sessions will be on the floor, a chair will be available if you prefer and modifications will be demonstrated. This class is for all fitness levels.
*Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props (yoga blocks) for support.

Hello! I'm Janet Gaupp, and I live in Hilton, NY. I've been a a certified Zumba instructor since 2011 and I absolutely love teaching and connecting with students who take my clases. I take a "back to basics" functional training approach when designing programs by providing you with the tools you need to get started and the knowledge and ability to incorporate the exercises into your daily routine, safely and effectively...there’s always a way, you just may have to do things a bit differently!
My love and practice of yoga spans 25 years and I've been teaching for the past 12 years. I received my 200 hour yoga certification through YogaFit and have kept myself immersed in numerous trainings, self-study and endless curiosity. People come to yoga for many different reasons but I strive to help you get what you need in my class in a safe, fun, non-threatening environment. Come join us!
Hello! My name is Kristina Gates and I am ready to start training you in my STRONG by Zumba class! I am no stranger to exercise and fitness as I have been involved in a variety of group fitness classes for over 20 years. In 2018 I retired from ROC City Roller Derby where I played competitively for 10 years. Roller derby was the fitness love of my life and I miss it every day. I have been searching for that special something that will fill this void and I have finally found it in STRONG by Zumba. I look forward to motivating you to be your best self.
