In addition to my personal training certification, I also received a Fitness Specialist Certificate from the Cooper Institute and an Exercise Science and Management Development Certification from the Rochester Institute of Technology. I take a "back to basics" functional training approach when designing programs by providing you with the tools you need to get started and the knowledge and ability to incorporate the exercises into your daily routine, safely and effectively...there’s always a way, you just may have to do things a bit differently!
My love and practice of yoga spans 25 years and I've been teaching for the past 12 years. I received my 200 hour yoga certification through YogaFit and have kept myself immersed in numerous trainings, self-study and endless curiosity. People come to yoga for many different reasons but I strive to help you get what you need in my class in a safe, fun, non-threatening environment. Come join us!
