This a fitness-focused competition designed to push participants to achieve their personal best and create healthy habits to start the new year off right! Participating members will earn and accumulate points throughout the 6 weeks by doing regular activities around the gym. Not only will participants earn points for themselves but individual points will be added to the entire location total - creating a competition between each Studio 22 Fitness location. At the end of the 6 week challenge prizes and bragging rights will be awarded to the individuals and location that accumulate the most points.
