So what’s the point of our You Vs You Six-Week Challenge? 

It’s not to lose as much weight as possible as quickly as possible. Instead, the point of it is to challenge yourself and focus on creating quality habits on the path to accomplishing small goals.

The Challenge will kickoff Monday January 20th with optional weigh ins and before pictures.


Members will be able to accumulate points throughout the 6 weeks.


Gym Checkin = 1 Point

Lose A Pound = 2 Points

Attend A Group Fitness Class = 3 Points

Complete A Personal Training Session = 4 Points

Refer A Friend To Join = 5 Points
