STARTS August 5th

Studio 22 Fitness has teamed up with Under The Apple Tree Antiques to offer a 4 week Pilates and Yoga inspired fitness program, this total body workout requires little to no equipment. Each exercise focuses

on upper and lower body strength, muscle toning, core strength and stability and increasing flexibility.

Standing/balance exercises are incorporated as well using a chair to help assist in maintaining proper

posture, balance and stabilization. The final 15 minutes of class will be a relaxing combination of

restorative flow yoga (slow and controlled movement) to help you relax and stretch muscles worked

during class. You will also learn breathing techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety.

 

Location: Under The Apple Tree Antiques & Gift Shop - 7407 W Ridge Rd, Brockport, NY 14420

(Driveway Entrance Located at New Beginnings Church)

Dates: August 5th - August 12th - August 19th - August 26th (Make-Up Rain Date TBD)

Instructor: Cheryl Rommes - A Certified Personal Trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness and CPR Certified with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry.

 

Equipment: Chairs, Resistance band and Pilates ball (provided)

 

Please bring a towel, water, sunscreen, bug repellent and 3-5 lb. hand weights (hand weights are

optional)
