Studio 22 Fitness' very own trainer and class instructor, Cheryl Rommes, is guiding anyone interested through a workshop about healthy eating. This workshop is based on Amelia Freer's International Bestseller, 'Eat. Nourish. Glow.'
The book, and the workshop, gives "10 easy steps for losing weight, looking younger, and feeling healthier."
Who wouldn't want to learn how to lose weight, look younger, and feel healthier??
"Eat. Nourish. Glow. offers a refreshing and practical approach to healthy eating and cooking. Amelia inspires, teaches and encourages us to use only the freshest and healthiest ingredients – something we are often advised to do, but rarely in such a clear and delightful way as is done in this wonderful book." Ruth Rogers MBE, Chef and Co-Founder of The River Café
"Amelia has proved to me how powerful and important food is. It is literally everything. "You are what you eat" is no joke. Working with Amelia changed my relationship with food and in turn altered my relationship with my work. The shock is how simple it is." Boy George
