Presented by Cheryl Rommes: Cheryl is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Council of Strength and Fitness and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the American Fitness Association of America. In addition to her personal training certification, she also received a Fitness Specialist Certificate from the Cooper Institute and an Exercise Science and Management Development Certification from the Rochester Institute of Technology.Prior to training at Studio 22, Cheryl owned her own personal training studio in Spencerport. She has taught group fitness classes and provided personal training services and wellness workshops to various academic institutions, business establishments, health clubs and private fitness studios in the Rochester area.Cheryl takes a "back to basics" functional training approach when designing programs by providing you with the tools you need to get started and the knowledge and ability to incorporate the exercises into your daily routine, safely and effectively. She especially enjoys working with the senior community and with those who may be struggling with physical, emotional and motivational challenges, ask her to share her story….there’s always a way, you just may have to do things a bit differently!
Participants will receive a copy of Eat. Nourish. Glow. (Refreshments and a light fare from recipes in the book will be provided)
